Karl Otto Lagerfeld has famously over the decades collaborated on a variety of fashion and art-related projects with luxury fashion houses such as Chanel and Fendi as well other brands has died today in Paris.
BBC.com had reported that the prolific designer was unwell for several weeks and had missed a number of fashion shows.
