The restaurants fresh line-up of recipes are an eclectic mix of personal culinary experience of its chefs- Drawing on his southern American roots as well as his experience preparing meals for famed celebrities', Executive Chef Junious Dickerson brings a breath of fresh air to Western classics while Chef Raman Durairajan finds inspiration in India's diverse use of spices and Chef Mujtahid Lukman reimagines Malaysian favorites with his Sarawakian flair, casting a "flavour bomb" of sorts. 

Highlights of the menu begin with grilled to succulence Wagyu Tomahawk which is flamed with fragrant rosemary and carved tableside, complemented by an array of freshly prepared sauces. If you are  feeling a little casual why not, discover soul food with Chef Junious' rendition of Fried Chicken & Waffle. Inspired by his grandma's secret recipe, this plate of salted egg fried chicken is a tantalizing mash up of textures and tastes. Briyani lovers can feast their eyes at sizzling chunks of chicken and fine lobster topped on  aromatic Basmati rice that is spiced to perfection by Chef Roman. 


Designed to satiate Malaysian classics cravings, Chef Matt's signature Seafood Nasi Lemak brings the freshest bounty from ocean to table, which includes Sabah lobster, scallops, mussels and prawns. Aside from that, another Malaysian favourite - Beef Rendang, is prepared with Beef Short Rib in a slow cooking revelation, carefully braised over eight hours and served with an array of condiments. A humble but well-prepared beef rendang that melts in your mouth good and is spot on  paired with Nasi Minyak. Last but not least, end your evening on a sweet note with Durian Cheesecake, a novel interpretation of the most distinctive fruit in the world topped with house made banana ice cream and coconut gravy.
