The Nostalgic Chinese New Year@ Red Chinese Cuisine, Pullman KLCC


Embrace the timeless traditions of Chinese New Year celebrations at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences where their newly refurnished Red Chinese restaurant, invites a chic yet sophisticated dining atmosphere.

Red will start the show with their uniquely crafted Yee Sang of Fresh fruits and garden greens, perfect for vegetarians and those health junkies. There's also non-vegetarian options where you'll have toppings such as including Fresh Salmon, Fresh Tuna, Scallop Lips, Jellyfish, Sea Urchin, Tempura Prawn, Crispy Whitebait, Black Truffle, Abalone, Crispy Soft Shell Crab and Crispy Fish Skin. 

As for the main course, choose from the three celebratory menus that offers truly traditional Chinese delicacies which features the likes of Double boiled Sea Whelk Soup with Matsutake Mushroom, Winter Melon and Conpoy, Stir-fried Mantis Shrimp with Fish Roe and Asparagus, “Fujian Style” Seafood Fried Rice with Whole Abalone, Pan-fried Chinese Pudding and Sweet Purple Potato with Vegetarian options available on request. 

The celebratory menu is perfect for 10 persons, starting @RM 1,388 to RM 1,888, including Yee Sang and selected toppings.
