Executive Chinese Chef Alex Au and his team have put on a fine display of culinary artistry in his creation of specially curated set menus featuring The Reunion Stars – a collection of reunion star dishes that emphasises on tradition that include dishes such as Hong Kong-Style Waxed Meat Clay Pot Rice, Braised Dried Oysters with Sea Moss and Dried Fish Maw, Traditional-Style Steamed Tiger Grouper with Shredded Pork and Mushrooms, Chicken Simmered in Bouillon and many more, alongside a seasonal selection of delicate Dim Sum. For memorable reunions, Lai Po Heen offers four exquisite set menus namely Fortune, Wealth, Prosperity and Abundance that are priced at RM 888, RM 518, RM 398 and RM 288 per person respectively. Featuring a range of delicious Chinese dishes such as Braised abalone soup with sun-dried scallop and premium bamboo fungus, Garlic-marinated roasted crispy chicken with soya dipping sauce, Wok fried Ming prawns with Szechuan chili sauce, Braised Japanese sun-dried scallops, dried oysters and fatt choy, Hong Kong-style steamed grouper fillet with spring onions, coriander and superior sauce, Lai Po Heen special seafood fried rice with spicy scallop sauce and many more.
